Bangkok is currently going through a boom in urban residential development.  Many of the incomplete projects from the late 1990s are now being resurrected and converted into condominiums.

EEC Lincolne Scott are well placed to assist with M&E design on such projects, being flexible and experienced on similar projects.

The Legend is a modern high class development located on the corner of Saladaeng Road and Saladaeng Soi 1. Raimon Land purchased the property with no above ground improvements but the basement foundation walls and piling were complete.

Even though only the basement had been built, it had a significant influence on the new design, particularly structurally. This along with complying with current regulations posed several challenges.

EEC Lincolne Scott were able to tailor design solutions to suit the limitations without sacrificing standards.

The development comprises 56 standard condominiums over 7 typical floors and luxury apartments over the next 6 levels.
